Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the bf66 online casino and sports betting platform at bf66.one (the "Platform"). Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

Account Credentials

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bf66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bf66 support immediately.

KYC & Identity Verification

• National Identification Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladesh Passport (biographical data page and photo page).

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawals to bKash or Nagad for amounts under ৳50,000 are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
• bf66 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by applicable policy.
• In the event an account is closed for breach of these T&C, bf66 reserves the right to withhold balances where such balances were accrued through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

Bonuses & Promotions

bf66 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. In addition to any promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all bf66 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification. New player bonuses may be claimed once per eligible player and cannot be claimed using multiple accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

Sports Betting Rules

• All bets placed on sporting events are subject to the specific rules displayed on the relevant market at the time of bet placement. In-play bets may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, settled bets follow the official ruling of the relevant governing sports body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). bf66's in-house ruling is final where no official governing body ruling exists.
